Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped celery

  • 1 cup chopped apple or pear

  • 1 lime or lemon (of your choice)

  • 2 in (5cm) of ginger

  • 1 large broccoli florets and stalk of cauliflower

  • 1 teaspoon ACV

  • A pinch of Portuguese Sea Salt

How To Prepare

  1. Toss the chopped celery, apple or pear, ginger, and broccoli into a blender and give it a spin.

  2. Add a teaspoon of ACV, juice the lime, and a pinch of Portuguese sea salt.

  3. Stir well before drinking.
