A drink to Cleanse, Fresh, Hydrate

JuicingEntrieMagazine.jpg

For this juice, you can also play with this recipe. You can add or remove ingredients or make more for a larger group. The trick to juicing is to blend everything in your juicer and serve right away, so you do not lose all active ingredients. There is nothing like fresh-made juice to brighten your day and boost your immunity. Since we’re quarantined, feel free to add champagne or alcohol for a little spike!

For This Juice You'll Need:

2 Limes (Cleanse)

1 Cucumber (Fresh)

½ Watermelon (Hydrate)

3 Leaves of green kale (Fiber, iron, vitamins K, A and Calcium)

2 Green Apples (Fiber, Vitamins C, A and B6)

Blend everything up and keep chilled.

The ROSEMARY Water you will Love:

FreshWaterEntireMagazine.JPEG

This Rosemary Water we’ve been playing with is the perfect remedy for plain, old water. The flavor is refreshing, but not overpowering. The rosemary compliments the grapefruit flavor beautifully, and our founder’s current cravings these days are her blueberries as it adds the perfect crunch or mini snack as you drink your aqua!

For ThIS Water You'll Need:

1 Grapefruit

1 cup Blueberries (can be frozen or fresh)

1 or 2 Rosemary stems (fresh)

Instructions

Clean and grab your favorite pitcher and all ingredients to your pitcher. You can either freeze your blueberries ahead of time or choose fresh ones and add to your pitcher. Wash and cut up grapefruit as desired or as in the picture. Depending on your pitcher size and liking of grapefruit flavor, add the number of grapefruit slices as you wish (we use 4). Then add 1 or 2 stems of rosemary. Add in filtered water and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes or so. When you are ready to serve it, feel free to add ice cubes or chill it in the fridge before serving.

Enjoy!
